Submitted by: its-true-love hey im really sorry it took me so long to post this workout, but i have been reaaally busy! but anyways here is the workout that got my team into amazing shape last summer :)  1 minute of jumping jacks, 3 sets of 10 pushups, about 70 squats (1.5 mins), 50 crunches and finally a 1 minute wall sit. Do this twice a day for a great effect! :) it really helps tones muscles...
