On the cool down walk from my 30 minute run.
As much as it sucks to wake up at 5:20 and roll out of bed Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I know it will get easier after a few weeks. I know my body will adjust. Then it will start to crave the runs. Running will become a habit.
Just like rowing did. When I first joined my body like screamed at me all the time. It was screaming “YOU CAN’T!” Now, my body still screams at me...
