Just out of curiosity. Do you chose to lose weight healthily or starve?

I do not condone eating disorders and I want everyone to know that. You HAVE to be healthy. You HAVE to love yourself.
It may take longer but if you lose healthily it will be so much better in the long run.
I'm obsessed with weighing myself... I do it at least 6-15 times a day. Does anyone else have this problem?

I've lost so many inches around my waist that my only jean shorts no longer stay up.

And people keep telling me I look so thin.
I’m not where I want to be yet.
But this is certainly a beautiful beginning.
