I know I’ve put on weight this trip, and I’m afraid to get back on the scale, but that’s an evil I have to face at 10:00 pm when I get home.
I’m excited to go back to eating healthy… Working out four hours a day and well…. Other things that make me fit.
But how far have I been set back? What if the weight doesn’t come off again… What if this is my downward spiral? I’m scared. I’m really scared.
