2. There are no spot reducing exercises. You can do ab workouts which will tone the muscles underneath but to lose the muffin top you should do cardio based workout that will lower your over all body fat percentage.
3. Losing 10 lbs is a big accomplishment!!! The results will come! They probably already have. Take a picture of yourself every ten days and compare!
