So you feel like binging? Read this first.
After you go eat whatever it is you’re craving you’ll feel happy for a moment. And then that feeling will go away. What you’re about to put it your body will not help on your journey to becoming fit, healthy, or skinny.
Think of seeing your goal weight on the scale. Think of seeing your goal body in the mirror. Think of being confident in anything you wear. Think of all the reasons you are making this life style change.
Is that food going to help you? No. It won’t. The taste will fade, so will the pleasure, but the calories and fat it left behind will remain. That’s another hour in the gym. That’s a jean size. That’s another day you won’t be quite happy with the body you see in the mirror.
That’s probably unhealthy processed poison too. It can’t be good for you. Read the ingredients. Look at the caloric and fat content.
It’s not worth it. Eat an apple if you want to snack on something. Drink water.
You’re stronger than this. You can do this. Break your unhealthy habits. Create a healthier you.
