Because when I did that I realised I was paying little attention to the TYPE of food I eat.
I was just saying, oh this Ice cream is 100 calories. No big deal.
WRONG. Junk is junk.
So I started eating lean protein, a ton of vegetables and fruit and not as many carbs as a used to.
I bike as often as possible. As far as possible. As fast as possible.
On my breaks at work (I’m a lifeguard) I’ll sometimes swim laps.
And so. Since the beginning of summer I have lost 10 lbs.
No counting calories
I’m the lightest I’ve been in a year and a half….
3 more lbs and I’ll be the lightest I’ve been since freshman year.
5 more lbs and I’ll reach my end of summer goal, and my 2nd goal weight.
And five more after that and I’ll reach my third.
And five more after that… Well that might be my UGW….
15 lbs between me and my UGW….
Eat well. Eat often. Train hard.
Live. Love. Smile.
1 lb away from my month goal!! :)
But it seems I’ll probably reach my July 15th goal by the end of this month!
135 here I come!!
